Kelli very much appreciates a preview image in the email with a link to a full folder of images (for design projects) and a direct link to any e-commerce sites or image galleries (for products). Additionally, she does get quite a few submissions, so her response time is sometimes a bit slower — but she does her best to reply to each and every email. If you haven’t heard from her after a week, that’s usually the best time for a follow up.
